What to Expect in a Session:

In Person Sessions

During your initial visit, your questions that you have about BodyTalk will be addressed and we will discuss your wellness goals. You will then lie or sit on the massage table, which ever is most comfortable for you, and fully clothed.

Prior to starting the session, permission is obtained via neuromuscular biofeedback (yes/no muscle response) to ensure that the bodymind is optimally ready and willing to fully address health at all levels.  Throughout the session neuromuscular biofeedback will be used to reveal your priorities through the use of a protocol chart that acts as a guide. This protocol chart is a helpful map of the body's physical, emotional and energetic systems.  

BodyTalk also involves gentle tapping on the head, the stomach/gut, the sternum/heart center, as well as the client contacting specific energy points.

Tapping the head focuses the brain on evaluating and restoring the lacking communication or synchronicity. Tapping of the stomach/gut is taking this new information and sending out to all areas of the body, ensuring they received the memo about the changes. Tapping the heart is the equivalent of pressing the save button and enables permanent storage of this new healthy communication within the bodymind.

Once you have received your body talk session, listened to it, and tapped your cortices your session is complete.  There is nothing else required of you.  Doing your cortices daily as part of your daily routine, much the same as an exercise regime, yoga, and meditation has a cumulative effect. 


Distance Sessions

Distance sessions work the exact same way in-person sessions do. Quantum physics tells us that every body part and cell know exactly what every other part and cell is doing at all times. Every single atom in the universe is connected and interdependent on one another. Much like a cell phone can quickly connect around the globe without a physical connection, BodyTalkers can accurately tune in to their clients without having to use physical contact. 


Common Questions About Distance sessions:

Do I need to be at home and/or lying down during the session?

Sessions are done easily during normal everyday activities, but most people tend to like to relax or engage in a quieter activity during their session time.


When will I find out the details of my session?
Depending upon your preference, you will be contacted by either email or through text message with an mp3 recording. This will be sent the same day of the session, should be listened to by the client the same day the session is performed, and the client should follow with the tapping of their Cortices.


What will I notice following a session?

It is necessary for you to monitor not only how you feel physically, but also watch to see if you’re responding mentally and emotionally in the same manner in similar situations in comparison to previous events and responses. Often a general sense of well being is noted along with other changes. Those sensitive to energy may notice tingling, heat, cold or other sensations throughout their body. Healing is individually tailored, and rate of results being noticed vary with the individual. This does not mean nothing is happening. It does mean that healing is occurring on a deep level to which the individual may not be aware, for example, the subconscious level.
